My first camera I once bought on a bazaar in the 1970's. Interested as I was in photography, this led to my first Praktika SLR camera, and later to a Minolta X-700. In 2004, after years of excellent service from a Canon EOS 300, I made the jump to digital photogtaphy, by buying myself a Canon EOS 300D. At that time, weird as it may seem, that was actually a financial decision. There is so much material that is left untouched and useless in "old" photoraphy. If you then add up the chemical waste that comes with that, you may begin to realize what was going through my mind back in 2004 when I took this decision.
Favourite subjects are nature, our kids, our dogs, stills and whatever else I stumble into.
